I have noticed this house before on my walks to Nelijärve and back. It just looks nice by the architecture. The address of it is Piibe mnt. 16/1. Just a few days ago I found out what it was originally: the resting home for print workers. I found the photo from an album called "Eesti. 20 aastat iseseisvust" from 1939. I will post the architectural photos to a post in the future from this book but here's this very building at the end of 1930's, the backside of it:
