This is blurry but looks artistic.
I love Soviet-era commieblock areas and buildings both in former USSR and in Eastern Europe. Highway ("Magistraal" in Estonian) takes me through such areas and some nice blocks are located right next to them. 494 Lihula 2014 and 2016
I've visited Saaremaa/Kuressaare few times and the bus goes through a little town called Lihula, not far from the coast. Here are some photos from bus window. There are more blocks but I'm not sure I will ever go there for just a walk.
