That looks very good! Reminds me Sõpruse avenue in Mustamäe in Tallinn close to the place where I live.
Cat shelters... Well, they didn't built them for sure :-)
Too little pictures from this area... Maybe I should go back. But the buildings were pretty similar too. Maybe I didn't want to take my camera out too much, can't remember...
