I wonder if there is any such in Southern Estonia. There, they don't have these special hall-parts, as much as I have seen.

Blocks that are at the edge of town and where there isn't forest but flat land, such areas have a certain desperate feel (like no protection of forest), but at the same time something that is very enjoyable.
