340 Valka in 20.10.2010, part 1 of 2

Another half of Valga/Valka city has completely different bricks and blocks than in Estonian part. Very enjoyable, like all Latvian cities.

At the border.

Looking back to Valga.

Even this type of house is different from Estonian counterparts: rhombic pattern on facade. Rarely seen in Estonia.

Another view to Valga.

There's none like these in Estonia.

That was the funny moment for an Estonian :)

This looks so nice.

Such are typical also in other Latvian cities, varying in colours and fine details.

Car plates may have 1-4 numbers, not fixed 3 like in Estonia, Finland, Sweden.
