Despite the strange name, this is one of my favourites in the centre. It's sleek and repetitive look is perfect. Dmitri Bruns said in his book that such house is totally old-fashioned, has style of 1950's (or 1960's), something more modern should have been designed. This comment probably gave me one more reason why I like it so much.

Lower part of the building hovers entirely over one branch of the street. I haven't seen such before, I think it's dangerous.
