I love Soviet-era commieblock areas and buildings both in former USSR and in Eastern Europe. Highway ("Magistraal" in Estonian) takes me through such areas and some nice blocks are located right next to them. 297 Linnahall 2004-2014
This is not quite a block but still something very much memorable from soviet time. Originally had name "V. I. Lenini nimeline kultuuri- ja spordipalee" which means "V. I. Lenin Palace of Culture and Sport". Architects were Estonians Raine Karp and Riina Altmäe. Located right next to the bay of Tallinn. As I understand it is still not clear whether this will be demolished or not. I like this building.
