This style of brick-patterns was probably copied from somehwhere. I have seen similar idea in much bigger scale and as part of facade in different places Lithuania. Needless to say that this makes the whole feel so much nicer and more enjoyable.
I hope this nice vivid colour gives good energy to people every morning.
